Adrenaline Injection

Adrenaline Injection is a neurotransmitter which is prescribed for treatment of cardiac arrest, superficial bleeding, and anaphylaxis. It can be administered via intramuscular or intravenous routes by experienced doctor or nurse. Upon administration, it gets metabolized by MAO & COMT showing rapid onset of action with elimination half life of about 2 minutes. Active compound of this injection has molecular formula C9H13NO3 with molar mass of 183.204 g/mol. When other medications are not effective, Adrenaline Injection may also be used for treatment of asthma. It is also known to have ability to increase blood sugar level & flow of blood to muscles.
